钢铁组织净化技术简介
    钢铁是含一种或多种合金元素的铁碳合金的总称。钢铁的各种性能取决于其基体组织和第二相的形态及分布。许多诸如硫、磷、氧、氮、锡、铅、等含量极微的元素(原则上为杂质元素)的存在,导致钢铁组织中晶粒边界的富集(偏析)效应,不同程度的晶界偏析,组织均匀性差严重影响钢铁在各种服役下的使用性能。经过多年的实验、研究,消化吸收了国际尖端技术,成功将活泼元素引入钢铁材料,解决了钢铁材料基体组织的净化和第二相的富集(偏析)效应等技术难题,研制出系列钢铁组织净化剂产品。
    已有七项钢铁组织净化剂技术(HGJZ-X),分别用于:高级灰铸铁、白口铁、玛钢、碳钢和低合金钢、高合金工具模具钢、高锰钢和低碳蠕铁。1#净化剂(HGJZ-1)着重解决高级灰铸铁机械性能不稳定、机加工性能差、流动性差等问题。2#净化剂(HGJZ-2)用于制造抗磨易损件。2#-1净化剂(HGJZ-2-1)用于开发腐蚀磨损和高温状态下耐热、耐蚀抗磨零件。3#净化剂(HGJZ-3)用于缩短可锻铸铁第一阶段的退火时间。4#净化剂(HGJZ-4)针对高难度高附加值的工具模具钢。5#净化剂(HGJZ-5)用于开发高锰钢产品。6#净化剂(HGJZ-6)用于制造球铁和蠕铁。7#净化剂(HGJZ-7)针对不同碳含量的碳钢。
A Brief Introduction Of Steel Composition Purifying Technique
Steel is the generic name of the iron carbon metal alloy which contains one or more of metal alloy chemical elements. Its various performance lie on its basic composition, configuration and distribution of its second phase.
Many elements with low content of ,sulphur, phosphor, oxygen, nitrogen, tin, lead, and so on ( basically are elements of impurity) caused variation affect of edge crystal concentration. The different degrees of crystal edge variations, inferior uniformity of composition greatly affect the performance and applicability of the steel under various applications.
Through out many years of experiments, research and absorption of the most advanced international technology, we have successfully introduced active elements into the steel material and have given solution to some technical questions,as well as matrix purification of ferrous material and benificiation(segregation) effect of second-phase.In addition ,we have excogitated series of steel composition purifying agent products.
We currently offer seven steel composition purifying techniques( HGJZ- X), they can be applied on high grade grey cast iron, white iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and low metal alloy steel, high metal alloy tools, molding tool steel, high manganese steels and low carbon vermicular cast iron .
No. 1 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-1): It emphasizes in solving problems of high grade grey cast iron machine instability, in, ferior machining work and inferior flowage .
No. 2 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-2): It can be applied for manufacturing anti-abrasion of consumable .
No. 2-1 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-2-1): Used for the development of the spare parts of corrosion resistant, anti-abrasion and high heat proof, anti-abrasive
parts under extreme temperature .
No. 3 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-3): Used on shortening the fire fading time for cast iron at the forging initial stage.
No. 4 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-4): Targeting at the tooling mold steel with high added value and difficult characteristics.
No. 5 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-5): To be used on development of high manganese steel products.
No. 6 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-6): Used on manufacturing ductile cast iron and vermicular cast iron.
No. 7 Purifying Agent(HGJZ-7): Targeting carbon steel with different content of carbon.
